Monthly membership is £44.99/month by direct debit plus a £20 joining fee. Annual is £450 upfront with no joining fee — 12 months for the price of 10. Day passes are £10.

Yes. Buy a £10 day pass and get full access for the day, including classes at the day-pass rate. Day pass holders can get in 24/7, just like members. No sign-up, no commitment.

Members get unlimited 24/7 access to the full 8,000 sq ft floor, with all classes included.

There’s no 12-month contract. Monthly membership rolls month to month with a 30-day minimum term, and you cancel by giving 30 days’ notice. Annual membership is a single upfront payment covering 12 months and is non-refundable.

In writing — either through our cancellation form or by emailing info@definitiongyms.co.uk. We can’t accept cancellations by phone, in person or over social media. Your 30 days’ notice starts the day we receive it, and payments falling due in that period are still collected. Cancelling your direct debit at the bank does not cancel your membership. Your membership isn’t cancelled until we confirm by email — if you haven’t heard within 3 working days, chase us.

Members have 24/7 access, every day. Staffed hours are Mon–Fri 6am–10pm, Saturday 7am–8pm, Sunday 8am–5pm.
